Farm Lodge Country House Hotel is an alternative to Jamestown hotels and we are situated 6 miles from Jamestown at the end of a private road affording guests much peace and tranquillity in the countryside.
We are at a height of 1500 Ft above sea level. It is usually 10°f cooler than in Jamestown where temperatures can become rather hot. The property is located on 12 acres of land with gardens, lawns, a coffee plantation, fruit orchard, woodland and, a working farm - consisting of pasture and arable land. Many types of temperate and tropical plants (both indigenous and introduced) are to be found in the grounds.
Most of the produce from the farm is for the dining room and is largely organic. Although there is not a set or à la carte menu, we make suggestions of dishes to guests for their evening meal.
